SUCCESSFACTORS FUNCTIONAL

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support SAP Successfactors project stages including project estimating, requirements determination, gap analysis, business process reengineering, issue resolution, configuration, custom code

specifications, testing, training, go-live assistance and post implementation support.

• Provide timely and accurate project status information to PMO team.

• Escalate project issues, mentor cross-functional project team members, and identify and share

implementation best practices with members.

• Assist in leading the project development, integration, testing, deployment, ongoing management, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors-based solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of solid SAP SuccessFactors experience

• Minimum of at least 1 full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations

• Strong hands-on experience in and knowledge of core SAP SuccessFactors modules

• Strong leadership and management experience

• Must be able to work in both an individual and a team environment
