MEDICAL CODING TEAM LEAD - INPATIENT

Work Information

• Office is at Robinsons Cyber Sigma, Mckinley West Taguig
• Work schedule is 8am to 5pm
• HMO upon hire plus dependent

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations of the Coding and Auditing Services of the team
• Ensure team delivers 100% of productivity and quality per client requirement.
• Ensure team utilization based on the volume/attendance /attrition.
• Identify the gaps in team by analysis and give corrective solution.
• Facilitate process improvements.
• Manage auditing and feedback.
• Support coding team by discussing complex coding cases, answering questions, providing education and interfacing with both company and client leadership
• Maintain and track the records for operation usage.
• Good team player

Your Success Profile includes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or healthcare related course
• Excellent Anatomy and Physiology knowledge
• Excellent in IP DRG coding – Diagnosis, PCS coding with DRG coding
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in coding role
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a team lead
• Excellent drive through results in previous organization
• Certifications from AAPC or AHIMA is preferred
• Should be flexible to work in shifts.
• Excellent knowledge in MS office tools

 

A successful candidate should be prepared to submit and complete the following as part of onboarding requirements.

• Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance

• Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip

• 2x2 & Half body picture with white background

• Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).

• Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)

• Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)

• Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team)
