TRAINING EXECUTIVE

The training specialist will be responsible for the following in order to meet the training requirments of new and existing customers:

1. Subject Matter Expertise: A good understanding of the software, Property Vista, and how it works is a must.
2. Instructional Design: Knowledge of instructional design theories and principles to create effective learning experiences for the target audience.
3. Video Production: Experience in video production, including scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production.
4. Knowledge of e-learning tools: Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools, screen recording software, and video editing software.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
6. Project Management: The ability to manage projects, set deadlines, and work efficiently to meet them.
7. Evaluation and Feedback: The ability to evaluate the effectiveness of the training materials and incorporate feedback to make improvements.
