The Travel Experience Consultant will be in charge of all the back office tasks, to handle the activities in each destination. He/she will have to work on constant link with Guest Experience Managers.
The main missions of the Travel Experience Consultant are :
  • Become an expert of the destinations as well as of the hotels of the collection
  • Know perfectly the services offered by Lartisien as well as its values and advantages
  • Make the reservations for the email booking :
  • Contact the hotel to check for the availability of rooms by phone or email
  • Be in charge of the “upgrade verified” for the email booking
  • Send the quotes to the clients within one hour.
  • Create a database per destination
  • Find the rate available to manage the transfers (including distance between airport/train station to the hotel), and car rental,
  • Provide recommendations for restaurants, activities…
  • Create tourist tour,
  • Find suitable activities within the city to the occasion (honeymoon, anniversary, business…)
  • Be aware of special events (theatre show, musical show, concert, fashion show calendar)
  • Advise the clients on the activities within the hotel
  • Provide information related to children
  • Book the experiences asked by the guest
  • Send a recap of the itinerary of all services booked 7 days before the arrival
  • Coordinate all the externals providers (hotels services, car rental, show…)
  • Manage all the mobile application requests
  • Suggest upselling of the experience through the mobile application
  • Make sure that every activity proposed is still available
  • Work closely with Guest Experience Managers and provide them all the needed information concerning the destinations and the activities within the day, to satisfy the client.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Hospitality and/or Tourism industry is required for this position.
  • Having an IATA certification and knowledge in Airline ticketing is a strong advantage but not mandatory
  • Knowledge in different travel destination (transportation, activities, special events, etc.) is an advantage
  • Good communication in both written and spoken in english
  • Excellent in MS Office
  • Candidate must be flexible, adjustable and open for challenges
  • Must be willing to work on site in SM Aura, Taguig City
  • Must be willing to work on night shift
