We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Website Content Specialist. Job Description

The Website Content Specialist at Wantable is a key role responsible for developing and managing compelling, SEO-optimized content for our Personal Styling business as well as on our e-commerce platform. This position involves creating engaging written and visual content, optimizing website performance through data-driven insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. By executing effective content strategies, tracking performance metrics, and staying updated on industry trends, the Website Content plays a crucial role in driving user engagement, enhancing the customer experience, and contributing to the overall success and growth of Wantable.

  • Enhanced User Experience: The Website Content is expected to deliver an exceptional user experience by curating engaging, informative, and visually appealing content on the Wantable website. This will result in increased user satisfaction, longer website dwell times, and reduced bounce rates.
  • Increased Organic Traffic: Through effective SEO strategies, keyword optimization, and content improvements, the Website Content is responsible for driving organic traffic to the Wantable website. This will result in higher search engine rankings, increased visibility, and a steady flow of qualified leads.
  • Improved Conversion Rates: By creating compelling product descriptions, persuasive landing pages, and relevant call-to-actions, the Website Content will contribute to improving conversion rates. This will result in increased sales, higher customer acquisition, and improved revenue generation.

  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Wantable's brand voice and marketing objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Website Management: Manage and maintain the content on Wantable's website, including product descriptions, landing pages, blog posts, and other relevant sections. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance of all website content.
  • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize website content for search engines. Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics to make data-driven decisions for content optimization.
  • Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule across various channels. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and assets needed for content creation.
  • User Experience Enhancement: Continuously monitor and analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement in website content. Implement user experience best practices to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of website content to ensure accuracy, functionality, and adherence to brand standards. Identify and resolve any content-related issues or errors promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to align content strategies with overall business goals. Collaborate with external partners, such as influencers or content creators, to amplify Wantable's reach and brand awareness.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a website content or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce, retail or fashion/lifestyle industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools.
  • Experience with Shopify, Dynamic Yield is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content distribution strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive content decisions.
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in content management and digital marketing.
  • Experience in Direct Response advertising and workflow
  • Possesses strong individual and team communication skills - effectively communicates out to Production and Project Assignment peers to ensure strong dialogue exists throughout the day & keep timelines & expectations on track.
  • Maintains high standards of efficiency, consistency, accuracy, creativity and timely delivery of all requests.
  • Must be highly motivated, work well under pressure, and able to effectively prioritize multiple assignments.
  • Displays keen attention to detail, spelling and grammar.

Remote / In-Office requirements: 

This position is located in the Philippines. 

This position can be partial or fully remote; however some mandatory meetings and events will need to be scheduled in person at our office in Manila as directed by your supervisor.

Due to the remote nature of this role, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.

This role requires night/weekend adjustments and therefore doesn’t have set “business hours” however most operations, meetings, and work is expected to be done during business hours M-F central standard time.
