As a Workplace Solutions Manager of the team your main objective is to work closely with the Enterprise Solutions VP/Head to generate leads, identify opportunities, increase Pipeline establish client relationship and assist in Build To Suit (BTS) project management and implementation.

Workplace Solutions Manager’s main role structure
- Workplace Solutions Manager will report directly to the Senior Workplace Solutions Manager
- Prepare Powerpoint presentations and sales displays for Enterprise Solutions
Coordination with Site Visit with Clients for Enterprise Solutions
- Contact/ Coordinate/ Follow up with clients regarding the ongoing BTS engagements or even on potential BTS opportunity in the pipeline.
- Attend client meetings with Enterprise Solutions (VP) for pitches
- Developing quotes and proposals (but Head of Enterprise Solutions/VP takes on full accountability of the Costing/ P&L)
- Documents all notes from client’s meetings regarding requirements, design and build details (during implementation)
- Attend and coordinate internal meetings as well as supplier meetings (design and implementation proper)
Outbound Lead Generation
- Attending networking events to develop new potential BUILD TO SUIT leads.
- Maintain and grow business by interacting with top 1000 Corporations.
- Utilizing LinkedIn Premium to generate and develop client leads and relationships.
- Developing new Accounts by responding promptly and proactively to inquiries through personal network.
- Seeking referrals by expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Attending client meetings
- Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team
- Leading project management activity including event planning
- Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
- Dealing with all aspects of a targeted outbound sales campaign
- Outbound calls to new potential customers
- Active presence on social networks to develop new client leads and relationships
- Assist in developing and executing strategic recommendations that drive revenue
End to end sales activities for own Serviced Office, BCP, Disaster Recovery leads (Staffleasing leads should be handed over to VP for Sales for assignment)
Your Success Profile includes:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- With at least 5-year Sales experience
- Must be good with numbers, internet-savvy, and enjoy winning business
- Strong conversational skills and high level of spoken and written English competency
- Has an experience or background on Fit-out and Construction, Design and Build & Project management
- Strategic, creative, motivated and independent
- Ability to establish rapport with potential customers
- Strong work ethic with an ability and willingness to execute a high volume of calls/emails
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new marketing and business development techniques
- Pleasing personality and ability to work well with all departments within KMCS
