We have oversight into and are accountable for the operational readiness of quote to order capabilities, the user experience, and the processes necessary for our partners and internal teams. We also provide data insights to our internal business stakeholders driving and supporting strategic decisions. The Channel Price Quote Specialist is responsible for creating partner quotations for Direct Resellers of Zoom products. The scope of work will center around processing indirect channel price quotes and responding to inbound queries from partner and internal teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating price quotes for Direct Resellers of Zoom products
  • Create price quotes supporting new and upsell orders from Zoom resellers
  • Respond to inbound email or chat inquiries from Channel Partners, Channel Account Managers, and Account Executives regarding quotes
  • Interpret customer requests and determine appropriate price quote based on product line, deal terms and policy
  • Ensure price quote conforms to all Zoom requirements for price quotes forms
  • Analyze information from all sources to determine cost, get approval of sell price from management when required, complete quotation and send quote to partner
  • Demonstrate basic proficiency in satisfying customer needs while ensuring adherence to company business and operational/transactional guidelines
  • Become knowledgeable on our products and services
  • Take actions to drive resolution of outstanding price quote issues
  • Respond to Channel Order tickets in Zendesk adhering to defined SLA’s
  • Resolve ServiceNow tickets from internal teams adhering to defined SLA’s
  • Contribute to ongoing process and workflow improvements
  • Support Month and Quarter close activities
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualification

  • 2-3 years of industry experience working directly with channel partners and channel programs in a SaaS/Cloud company
  • Experience providing sales quotes in Software, SaaS, or Unified Communications
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage a high volume of quotes at quarter and month-end close
  • Must be well organized with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Must have excellent follow-up skills
  • CRM software experience required; Salesforce.com preferred
  • Ability to multitask ongoing activities from multiple people is essential
  • Highly motivated, self-directed individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Zuora, Zendesk, ServiceNow, and Google Suite a plus
  • SaaS, software, or technology-based company experience a plus
  • Bachelors’ degree preferred
