This role places a significant focus on managing technical, financial, sales, and pre-sales systems and processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment characterized by ongoing change. The ideal candidate should be exceptionally adaptable, proficient in handling processes and technical systems, skilled at expectation management, capable of setting and adapting priorities as required, well-versed in the SaaS reporting landscape, and knowledgeable about data sources.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive data-driven insights and conduct in-depth analyses using diverse cross-functional data sources. These insights serve as the foundation for well-founded technical business decisions and recommendations
  • The candidate should possess the ability to apply business principles effectively in the context of User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This includes not only conducting UAT but also generating recommendations essential for making informed business decisions. They should offer objective alternatives aimed at enhancing overall technical business performance
  • Recognize business and technical challenges and compose concise and simplified documentation of business requirements
  • Continuously oversee operational and technical performance, proactively spotting opportunities for enhancing both operational efficiency and system improvements
  • Create concise and impactful written and verbal communications and presentations
  • Engage actively in transformative projects that instigate substantial changes in systems and processes
  • Assist in the administration and troubleshooting of Salesforce.com, quoting systems, and other related tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working in a fast paced SaaS or technology company
  • Demonstrate robust analytical and strategic thinking skills, showcasing creative problem-solving abilities and confidence
  • Collaborative team player with a strong problem-solving aptitude
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, characterized by keen attention to detail and adeptness in handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient analytical skills for recognizing trends and patterns within datasets, pinpointing influential points, and effectively communicating synthesized data findings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com and Google Suite
  • Capable of seamless cross-functional collaboration across various organizational levels
  • Unquestionable ethics, integrity and business judgment
  • Highly adaptable and eager to embrace new learning opportunities
