𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁 is a HR meetup community spearheaded by Sprout Solutions. This is to provide an avenue for HR practitioners and stakeholders to learn, meet, and network with some of the great minds in the industry with the goal of discovering new means of practicing HR in the Philippines.

Retention of productive employees is a major concern of HR professionals and business executives. Comprehensive employee retention strategies can play a vital role in enabling employees to remain within the organization or enterprise, as well as in reducing the turnover rate and its related costs. All of these contribute to an organization's productivity and overall business performance.

For the first Innovate event this 2020, we are starting off the year to talk about 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆. In this session we will be highlighting HR’s role in improving employee morale and company culture. Different tips and strategies will be discussed, as well as the different effects of implementing these.
