Women in Tech

KMC is proud to introduce another networking venture: The Hotspot. This is a series of pocket events that will help upskill Filipino tech enthusiasts and professionals, allowing them to hone their skills in an increasingly tech-driven workforce. This event will be organized together with Angat.ph, an IT-jobs platform that connects pre-vetted Pinoy tech talents with local and international companies.

 

Prospective attendees will receive exclusive insights and advice from industry experts and updates on the latest tech trends while networking with peers, helping them forge stronger connections in the local tech landscape.

 

Featuring the theme, IT Girls: Women in Tech, our first run will happen on Thursday, August 8 2019 from 3:00PM - 5:00PM at the NET Quad Building in BGC, with socials happening immediately after the program ends. Keynote speakers will discuss their background and experience in empowering women in the IT industry to succeed in their respective organizations and how the tech landscape can benefit from having more female professionals.
