How Our BOT and Assisted Entry Model Works

KMC offers two related models:

  • Build–Operate–Transfer (BOT): We build your new Philippines center from the ground up, operate it to maturity, then transfer it to you. This creates a true captive center under your ownership.
  • Assisted Entry (EOR): We act as your legal employer and operate the center indefinitely. You gain immediate team capacity without forming a local entity, and can still transition to full ownership anytime.

In practice, the phases look like this:

  • Plan & Build: We register your company, secure approvals, lease office space, and set up infrastructure. Our in-house legal experts and project managers navigate all permits and contracts. Within weeks, you have a functioning Filipino entity and workspace (offices or hybrid) tailored to your needs.
  • Recruit & Onboard: KMC’s recruiters define roles with you and run the hiring process end-to-end. We leverage AI-driven sourcing and our deep local networks to find and vet candidates. Each hire goes through comprehensive onboarding and training in your tools and culture, while KMC sets up payroll and benefits.
  • Operate & Optimize: KMC manages day-to-day operations under agreed SLAs. We provide on-site management, IT support, HR administration, and continuous performance tracking. Our team works 24/7 if needed, optimizing workflows and upskilling staff so the unit runs like a native branch of your company. You receive regular reports and can fully participate in management.
  • Transfer: When you decide the center is ready (often after a set term or when strategic goals are met), KMC facilitates a smooth handover. We transfer all contracts, assets, and IP – and crucially all the know-how – to your control. From that moment, you “fully own the offshore operations” as your Philippine subsidiary. There is no downtime or loss of talent in this transition.

(For Assisted Entry clients, the “transfer” step is optional – you simply continue growing under KMC’s EOR umbrella until you’re ready to form your own entity or spin off the operation.)
