    We build and operate your local center to maturity, then transfer ownership—creating a captive operation under your control.
  • Assisted Entry (Employer of Record)
    We employ and operate your team locally while you direct the work. Transition to entity ownership remains optional.

In practice, the phases look like this:

  • Plan & Build: We establish the legal entity where required, secure permits, lease and fit out offices, and deploy IT infrastructure. Local legal and project teams manage all approvals.
  • Recruit & Onboard: Roles are defined jointly. KMC manages sourcing, screening, and hiring, followed by onboarding aligned to your tools and operating standards.
  • Operate & Optimize: KMC manages daily operations, HR administration, IT support, and reporting under agreed SLAs. You maintain oversight and participation in key decisions.
  • Transfer: When ready, we transfer contracts, assets, documentation, and operational knowledge without service disruption.
