- To qualify, clients must sign the lease agreement before August 10, 2025, and move in by December 24, 2025. After this period, the offices will revert to the published rates.
Promo Details:
- The promotion applies to all office spaces in participating buildings, with one office per building available at an exceptionally low advertised rate. Other offices will be priced based on tiered pricing, depending on factors such as desirability.
- The discounted rate applies only to the specific office space signed for at the time of booking and is not transferable to another office or building.
Minimum Lease Term:
- A minimum contract term of 1 year is required to take advantage of this promotion.
- Clients may upgrade their office space within the lease term; however, the low promotional price will only apply to the original office signed for. New pricing will apply to any upgrades.
Restrictions:
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers or promotions.
- Customizations to the office space are not included in this promotion and will be subject to additional charges.
- Additional costs, including air conditioning charges after hours or 24/7 operation charges, may apply.
Cancellation and Refunds:
No cancellations or refunds will be issued for this promotion once a lease agreement has been signed.
Additional Terms:
All other standard lease terms and conditions apply, and KMC Solutions reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at its sole discretion.
