Criteria

Business Innovation (25%): Evaluation of the entrepreneur's innovative approach to business, including the introduction of unique products, services, or solutions that demonstrate creativity and disrupt existing markets.

Business Growth (20%): Assessment of the entrepreneur's ability to drive significant growth in their business, considering factors such as revenue increase, market expansion, and scalability.

Leadership and Vision (20%): Recognition of the entrepreneur's leadership qualities, vision for the future, and the ability to inspire and lead their team effectively.

Community Impact (15%): Evaluation of the entrepreneur's positive contributions to the community through their business activities, including any philanthropic or social responsibility initiatives.

Adaptability and Resilience (10%): Consideration of how well the entrepreneur has navigated challenges, demonstrated adaptability, and maintained resilience in the face of adversity.
