Who is Berkshire / Vault Outsourcing?


Vault Outsourcing (previously known as Berkshire BPO) is an Australian client specializing on accounting and financial services. Their team provides support services to their end-clients from accounting, bookkeeping, customer support, technical support and project management services.

Berkshire / Vault Outsourcing's Challenge:

  • Berkshire BPO was initially partnered with Sykes, where they had over 100 employees/call center agents they wanted to transfer to their PH entity.
  • Registering of the business would take 6 more months but their contract with Sykes is already ending, and does not want to renew.
  • Transitioning employees from one BPO to another BPO can have legal considerations, with the non-compete and non-solicitation aspects.
  • Needed a private office to house all the operations and employees.

KMC's Solution

  • Reviewed client's existing service agreement with their old BPO partner, as well as employee's contracts to ensure seamless transition of employees.
  • Reviewed and matched (even improved) employee benefits to avoid as much attrition as possible with the transition of employees while making sure employee experience is as seamless as possible.
  • Customized onboarding processes to match accustomed SLAs with the end-clients, coming from a BPO/Call center setup.
  • Customized office floor spaces for Vault BPO when they transferred to V Corporate Center, then to Frabelle in Makati.
