Who is Kroll?

Kroll LLC partnered with KMC Solutions in 2022 to support their rapid expansion in the Philippines, particularly in establishing a new center of excellence for cybersecurity and other inter-company functions. The collaboration aimed to address both immediate and long-term operational needs, including real estate, recruitment, and employee onboarding.

Kroll's Challenge

• Kroll needed a scalable and flexible real estate solution in Makati, with stringent security requirements for their operations.

• Additionally, they required quick access to local talent through Employer of Record (EOR) services to start operations immediately while waiting for their own entity setup. Kroll also sought seamless recruitment and onboarding processes, with plans to eventually transfer employees to their own entity.

• Real Estate Solutions: Provided temporary and permanent office spaces, including planning a data center, and supported future expansion in Makati.

• EOR and Recruitment: Managed EOR for 68 employees, facilitated immediate hiring, and provided recruitment and onboarding support with quick turnaround times.

• Employee Transition Support: Guided the transition of employees to Kroll’s entity with comprehensive HR, payroll, and government registration assistance.
