Voxpro first moved their operations into the Philippines in 2017 seeking to provide operations support to their Client, Airbnb. With offices across the globe, Voxpro engaged KMC for a highly available contact center and BPO operations within our SM Aura location. In addition to building a team of over 200 agents through KMC’s Talent Acquisition team, KMC also delivered a High Availability contact center platform with redundant public switched telephone network connectivity. International toll numbers were routed to their local SIP connectivity landing into a KMC managed VOIP PBX running on a 3CX platform in an active-active configuration. Co-location for Voxpro managed network components, residing in our SM Aura Data Center, KMC Technology Services provided a managed solution to assure Voxpro maintained 99.999% operational availability. Voxpro was acquired by TELUS International and continues to operate under TELUS. During the M&A activities, KMC facilitated the seamless transfer of the staff and continued to manage the HR and payroll functions as well as the technical environment to ease the transition to TELUS operations.
